Assistance with malfunctions
As an SWM electricity and natural gas customer, you will receive expert assistance within two hours of calling the M-Sicherheitsservice in the event of disruption to the electricity, natural gas, district heating, district cooling or water supply.

At our SWM Customer Center you can take your time to have the offers and benefits of SWM products and services explained to you. Our colleagues will be happy to help you with questions about invoices or any other concerns you may have. We will also be happy to advise you on energy and energy savings issues.
Here, you will also find two automatic pay stations where you can pay bills and outstanding receivables in cash, by EC or credit card (VISA, Mastercard). At the same time, we will also pay out any credits upon presentation of your identity card.
